Preparation
Orders are generally prepared within 1 working day after payment validation.
Delivery
The average delivery time is 5 to 8 working days.
During periods of high activity or for logistical reasons, this timeframe may exceptionally extend up to 14 working days.
Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives:
- a confirmation email
- a tracking number
We also send updates regarding delivery.
Delays or lost parcels
In the event of a delay or a parcel not received, Maison Ferré® may open an investigation with the carrier.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of validation.
