Return and Refund Policy – 100 days
Maison Ferré® allows you to return your order up to 100 days after receipt, in accordance with the conditions described below.
This policy includes:
- the 14-day legal right of withdrawal applicable to consumers;
- an additional commercial return period, offered by Maison Ferré® up to the 100th day after receipt of the order.
Our goal is to ensure a clear, reliable, and satisfactory shopping experience.
Legal right of withdrawal – 14 days
In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance selling, the consumer Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
To exercise this right, the Customer must clearly inform us of their decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

After informing us of their decision to withdraw, the Customer has 14 additional days to return the product.
After notification of the request, our customer service department will provide the Customer with instructions and the appropriate return address.
Product condition during the legal withdrawal period
During the legal withdrawal period, the Customer may handle and inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
The Customer is liable for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this verification.
In the event of observed depreciation, the amount corresponding to the loss in value of the product may be deducted from the refund.
Returns between the 15th and 100th day
Beyond the 14-day legal withdrawal period, Maison Ferré® voluntarily offers a commercial return period of up to 100 days after receipt of the order.
To be eligible for this additional commercial return period, the product must:
- be unused;
- be returned in its original packaging, as far as possible;
- be complete and show no deterioration resulting from its use;
- be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.
For returns made between the 15th and 100th day, the Customer must contact our customer service department before shipping the product in order to obtain instructions and the appropriate return address.

This additional commercial return period does not affect or limit the legal rights enjoyed by the consumer.
Shipping and proof of return
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace) for any return.
The Customer must keep the proof of shipment until their return has been definitively processed.
A tracking number allows the shipment to be located and provides proof of shipment in the event of loss or delay.
Within the scope of the legal right of withdrawal, the refund may be deferred until the returned product is received or until the Customer provides proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
Return shipping costs
In the event of a return resulting from a change of mind or the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the direct return costs are to be borne by the Customer, subject to applicable legal provisions.
Maison Ferré® covers return costs when the return is necessary due to, in particular:
- a defective product;
- a product damaged upon delivery;
- receipt of a product different from the one ordered.
In these situations, please contact our customer service department before returning the product so that we can provide you with the appropriate procedure.
Defective, damaged, or non-conforming products
If a product is defective, damaged, or does not correspond to the order received, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible at:

The provisions of this commercial return policy do not limit the legal rights and guarantees applicable to the consumer.
Return inspection
Upon receipt of the returned product, it may be inspected to verify its condition and its compliance with the applicable return conditions.
The Customer will be informed once the return has been processed.
The legal deadlines applicable to the right of withdrawal take precedence in all cases.
Refunds
In case of withdrawal within 14 days
In the event of valid exercise of the legal right of withdrawal, Maison Ferré® will refund the amounts due no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we were informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
We may, however, defer the refund until:
- receipt of the returned product; or
- receipt of proof of shipment,
whichever occurs first.
The refund is made using the same payment method used during the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to use another payment method that does not incur additional costs.
Within the scope of the legal right of withdrawal, the standard delivery costs initially paid are also refunded.
If the Customer has chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery method offered, the additional costs linked to this choice are not refunded.
Returns made between the 15th and 100th day
When a return made under our 100-day commercial policy is accepted, the refund for the returned product is made via the original payment method.
The refund is processed within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after acceptance of the return.
Product depreciation
The Customer is liable for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
When a loss in value is objectively observed due to excessive handling or use beyond what is necessary to examine the product, the amount corresponding to this depreciation may be deducted from the refund, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Return address
Products must not be returned to an address without having first obtained the corresponding return instructions.
After notification of the return request, Maison Ferré® will provide the Customer with the appropriate return address as well as the necessary instructions.
To exercise the legal right of withdrawal, no discretionary authorization from Maison Ferré® is required: the Customer must simply communicate their decision to withdraw to us within the applicable legal period.
